Jocelin practices in the areas of Fisheries Law, Marine Law, Corporate Law, Commercial Law and Property Law. Jocelin received a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Saint Mary’s University in 2009 and obtained his Juris Doctor from the Schulich School of Law at Dalhousie University in 2012. While at Dalhousie, he obtained a Marine Law specialization certificate from the Marine & Environmental Law Institute. Jocelin grew up working in the fishing industry.
